FIT PANCAKES



You have no idea how heavenly these tasted!!! These are my super popular‪ ‎fit pancakes‬ have you ever tried my fit pancakes? My meal plan I share with my challengers and clients is not boring, is not complicated, is delicious and convenient. My kids ask for them almost daily.
Frozen meals?? Yuk! Counting points of crappy food? Why do that when you can eat healthy and clean without compromising the stuff you enjoy.

This recipe for a fit breakfast is definitely a keeper! Think warm oatmeal with little pieces of banana, with added protein.  Those of us trying to maintain some lean muscle appreciate anything with lean protein in it that is not a chicken boob!


They are fine to eat any day! Every day is fit pancake day!  


They are so easy to make and will provide you with exactly what you need to fuel your early hours of the day! Eat them! You have your carbs, protein, fiber,

They'll keep you full and they are low glycemic. 


Ingredients for 1 serving: 

4 egg whites or 2 eggs
1/2 banana or 1/2 peeled apple 
1/3 cup rolled oats 
I also added 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed or chia seeds (not pictured) 
1 tsp coconut oil 

Blend everything together in a blender. Cook them just the same as you would regular pancakes (those full of artificial ingredients, bad fat, that spike your sugar levels up).

In #21 day fix container system you have 1/2 red if you use 4 egg whites or 1 red if you use two whole eggs.

1 purple for the half banana, 1 yellow for the oats, 1 tsp for the coconut oil 



Preheat a nonstick skillet and spray with coconut oil spray, add a little bit of the mix. Turn after a minute or so, let cook and remove. Repeat. You should get about 4 pancakes. Then sprinkle with cinnamon (I forgot) add drizzle with a teaspoon of agave or spread peanut or almond butter  

Perfect fit breakfast!! Enjoy!

Ultimate Reset Results

My results with the Ultimate reset!! ✌🏻️πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’₯ 21 days of very strict eating, discipline, effort & focus. It was hard but I like challenges because I know in overcoming them I accomplish my biggest fear and conquer my struggles. 
Mission accomplished. 

I woke up like this!! Literally!! ✌🏻️

Lost 10lbs and gained an amazing amount of health, confidence, peace and wellness.

I can't thank Olguie Latorre-Manzano Vane Paez and her mom Yadira, my friends Lauren, Laura & Marie who are almost done, enough for doing this with me. I would have quit long time ago. And most importantly, I want to thank my hubby Carlos Chavez for his insane amount of love, support and patience with me throughout this journey.  πŸ˜˜πŸ˜˜

If you've never done this I highly highly recommend you guys start thinking about doing it soon. Your life will change!!!

Legoland Florida experience

Super excited to be here and experience this fund at with my family. Brought our 2 sons, 3 and 6 and our almost teenager. 

Everything is super cute and fun for all. 

One thing That is really bothering me is how slow the employees are. Very ineffective, making it very tedious to wait in lines.

The park wasn't at all crowded today so not really a reason to excuses the inefficiency. I mean, 30 minutes in line to get one scoop of ice cream?? 

Less than 10 kids standing in line for a ride and the wait is 20-30 minutes. 

And the worst part is the personnel is not friendly at all. At all! 

I guess Disney has us so spoils! It's a shame that such a nice place is not attended my better quality and service.

You guys have no idea How excited I am!! I even bit My nails!! πŸ™„ Sorry!!! I couldn't!! Lol We are headed to Nashville Next week For Coach Summit. 
What's That Paula and How do u eat It? Well, simple.... It's the annual Beachbody Convention of the most awesome people in the world. Ok I may be biased but it's true! I love my Beachbody family! All of them!and this live event is epic because we get to hug our team in person, have fun face to face with people we have only met online throughout the months working together, listen to success stories, world known speakers like Gary Vaynerchuk, attending a live concert with Billy Idol, and workout LIVE with all the super amazing trainers who have impacted our lives and the lives of so many millions of people. ✌🏻️πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’₯πŸ™†πŸ»πŸ™ŒπŸΌπŸŽ‰πŸ’ͺπŸ»πŸ˜… we'll get to celebrate our  mentor Melanie Mitro and hang out with all our team, #1 in the company!!! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰epic stuff happening peeps!! 
News of all new programs and other products and tool to better help you guys!!! Cool workout gear to shop and just tons of memories to be created!!

The best part of this is that I was able to ask hubby to join me and without hesitation he said yes!!! He is coming to live this experience, to build this Vision and Dream together so we can come back home and work together on our family's goals and dreams!!!

What would happen if you don't give up?

This was me 6 years ago. I let myself go. I still look at this picture and ever time I get emotional. It means so much more than just a before picture. It was painful to take this picture. It was painful to look at it. But from that pain a desire to change was born!



I wasn't fit all my life. I hated getting sweaty and having to wash my hair so often. 
I got out of breathe. I was heavy. Tired. Sad. I had nothing to wear. Gish, I had no money to invest in me. But I needed to take care of me so badly. I was dying inside.


I share this picture with you as a reminder that you shouldn't look at my chapter 20 and compare it with your chapter 1. 

I struggled as much or more than you are struggling now, because I was doing this alone. I had no support group, I had no containers to measure portions, I had no one to check on me during the hardest times.... 

You have me and a huge community to support and accountability to help you. All you need is your determination and desire to succeed. The rest, we'll do it together.

CASHEW OAT PANCAKES


Ingredients:

2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup raw cashews
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 dash Himalayan salt
1 large egg
1 Tbsp. coconut oil, melted
1 cups distilled water
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup mixed berries

Directions:

1. Place oats, cashews, cinnamon and salt in food processor or blender; pulse until coarsely ground.

2. Add egg, oil, water, and extract; pulse until well blended. Batter will be thick, but if it is as thick as paste add 2 to 3 additional Tbsp. of water.

3. Heat medium nonstick skillet over medium heat.

4. Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into skillet for each hotcake; cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until bubbles form on top.

5. Flip with spatula and cook for 30 seconds.

6. Repeat with remaining batter.

7. Serve hotcakes topped evenly with berries.

Keep it clean while we celebrate our Independence!

Hope you are having a wonderful Holiday! 
I wanted to share a few tips, little ideas that I follow to keep it clean during the Summer and specially this weekend when we celebrate and there's just too much going on.

My thinking is, why not enjoy and splurge a little without going overboard. We are halfway through the year, we have worked hard to get to where we are right now so let's go over a few and I have also a dudes a few recipes for you to enjoy and share as well. 

1. Start the day with lemon water. Drink a tall glass of water and squeeze the juice of a lemon. This is something you can do every day. 

2. No matter where you are, start the Holiday with a great workout. Go for a jog or run, or push play to any workout video, but make sure you start your day with a great workout. Get your metabolism going and fired up. 

3. Plan your cheat meal. If you know you are going to be spending the afternoon surrounded by lots of treats and drinks, eat a lean breakfast and drink your Shakeology half way through the day. Lean protein packed breakfast being some egg whites with veggies, for example.

4. If you are not hosting but instead going to friends or family for the celebration, without a doubt you can be the one bringing the healthy stuff :) it doesn't have to taste bad. Below you'll find a few recipes I recommend. You will be the star of the party. 

Chicken Skewers: cube some chicken breasts and marinate with liquid Aminos, a little sea salt and pepper. Let them marinate for a couple of hours at least. Set aside. Cut red peppers, red onions and pineapple in big chunks. Arrange them all like shown below and then grill for about 10 minutes.

This is a beautiful display of the American flag. Greta way to stay healthy and be in the spirit of the day. Arrange Strawberries, blueberries and cubed White Cheddar Cheese or Mozarella cheese,  as shown below and enjoy a light, healthy and beautiful snack. The kids will love this.

5. Go for the veggies first. If you have he choice, fill that plate about half way with veggies. Load it up leaving not so much space for the not so lean options. 

6. When it comes to drinks... Stay away from the sugary cocktails and high calorie creamy ones. Try a skinny sangria. Mix red wine like Merlot, add apples and oranges cubed or sliced, add a little bit of stevia and mix it with some Lacroix or any orange flavored Carbonated water. 
Or you can also go with Vodka and Cranberry juice, mixed with a little stevia and Orange flavored carbonated water. These are light, low calorie, low sugar, refreshing cocktails. 

7. Hang out away from the food table. Go talk to your family, friends, focus on meeting new people, building  relationships instead of dwelling over the food.  The food may be there but it doesn't mean you have to eat it all. 

Follow these tips and I guarantee you'll wake up on Tuesday feeling like a million bucks and not guilty. Splurge, of course, enjoy the moment but be smart about it. ❤️πŸ’™πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ.

I'm going to be a MASTER TRAINER!!!!



I can't keep it a secret anymore cause I just can't. I can't contain all this excitement inside of me lol  yesterday morning, I received a message with amazing news!!!!! πŸŽ‰πŸ™†πŸ»✨πŸ‘ŠπŸ»πŸ’₯

Now I know for some of you this is going to sound Chinese (unless you know Chinese).... Anyway.... Back to the news I want to share!!! 

I have been accepted into the BEACHBODY LIVE MASTER TRAINER APPRENTICE PROGRAM πŸ˜±πŸ˜³πŸ™†πŸ» ok, let me explain, I will start now the process of leaning how to teach other people how to become a instructors and continue to spread the love and passion that I have for this amazing company and formats. 

So this girl is now going to be the trainer of the next trainers. But first comes a period of a few weeks of getting mentored and trained into becoming a MASTER TRAINER. Not even sure how to explain how big this is for me and how honored I am to be selected and trusted to be part of this team of Elite trainers. 
I can't. I can't. I can't stop celebrating!! 

I am beyond excited for this opportunity and challenge. It's going to be a challenge but I am ready to take it on and give it all my best... And more....
