This is probably the most stressful week of the year...
Little time and lots of anxiety and things to do, so I am keeping it easy and light so I can enjoy Wednesday night eats without guilt.  
Of course working out daily, drinking Shakeology, water, a salad a day  and making good choices are a must....ALWAYS!! Those are non-negotiables, no matter what day of the week it is or what season we are in... 

This is my meal plan for this week... feel free to get ideas from it and share with friends!

Insanity Max: 30 meal plan is so easy

Day 1 officially kicked off today!! 
O M G the hunger is out of control. Now let me clarify I did day 1, then taught a PiYO class and then an Insanity class so imagine the caloric burn of today. 
Yikes!! No wonder. 
Anyway, today in a fly I made this yummy dinner. 
Turkey burger and salad. 

Turkey burger 
1 lb ground lean turkey 
Half bottle salsa 
Season w salt and pepper to taste 
2 eggs 
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 

1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half 
1 English cucumber 
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper 
Half avocado 

Hubby keeps telling me how much he loves me because this dinner was so yummy!! So easy! So lean! So healthy

Who is Insanity Max30 for?  It is for anyone at any fitness level who wants to reach a better fitness level.  Insanity not only changed my body, it also helped me change mentally... Modifying during Insanity Max: 30 is  still HARD WORK!
It isn't taking the "easy" way out! Modifying is the best way to get results if you're the person that may want to focus on form, move a bit slower, be smarter about previous injuries, or maybe you want a hard workout as you're beginning your fitness journey! Modifying is NOT a disease. It is a way to make you stronger, faster, and will get you great results simply because you can work on your range of motion and speed while keeping the focus on your muscles!
