SHAKEOLOGY FUDGE POPS
Thinking July 4th weekend recipes.... 
Try this Summer treat....

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Chocolate Shakeology
1 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 c almond or Coconut Milk


DIRECTIONS

Mix ingredients into blender, pour into 4 popsicle molds and freeze for about 4 hours.



INGREDIENTES
1 medida o sobre de Shakeology de chocolate

1 tasa de leche de almendra o de coco 
INSTRUCCIONES

It’s the Holidays! I can’t believe it’s that time again!  Where the heck did 2016 go?  I feel like I blinked and boom…. The year is over!!! This time of year is meant to be full of gratitude, thankfulness, good cheer and happiness.  But life can also get extra busy and sometimes stressful, throwing us off our normal track!

So, let's stick together now more than ever!  At least trying to break even. By keeping each other accountable from now until the end of 2016 , We can keep each other from getting stressed and focus on how blessed we are!

Be a Warrior, not a Worrier


Week 3 of Core de force has me feeling all ninja today! Need to push play but first wanted to share with you a few notes and thoughts 👩🏻 💭

We have been equipped with unbreakable strength and purpose. We have been made to make an impact and leave a legacy. Yesterday's message at Church was so powerful I wish you could've all been in there next to me.
The theme was about leaving a Legacy- living beyond yourself. 💡How do we want to live our life?
💡What can we do to use our life to make a difference in other people's lives?
💡What can we do to shape our kids' lives spiritually so they can make a difference in the world?

This is not necessarily new to me, pretty sure not new to you either.
I believe that my fight against my own obesity and health issues started as that but there was something bigger in the horizon. My story has become my message and my passion. My career and purpose going hand in hand. Trust me when I tell you everything changes when Don't do this for the scale or the mirror, do it for the strength, health and tenacity that comes from the sacrifices you are making in your own health & fitness journey.
I do want to live with purpose and leave a legacy. I do want to continue to be a warrior and a messenger of positivity and hope.
Don't let your life go to waste. Be a warrior. Not a worrier. Be an encourager. Be the story teller of your own story so that others become inspired by you and they turn around and make a difference in others.

CORE DE FORCE launch day

I am loving this program.  I tried the sneak peek workouts a few times last week and this past Friday had the opportunity to do another one of the workouts LIVE with both Joel & Jericho at an event here in Orlando on Friday!!… whaaaaat!!! Yup!!! And it was awesome.  In just 20 minutes we were drenched and definitely feeling the core sore the next day!   I can't believe that after 5 years of working out and eating clean that I can still get some killer muscle soreness!  I think you are going to love it too.  Plus it really is coming at the perfect time.  We ALL need a little extra accountability over the holiday months!

CORE DE FORCE- COMING November 2016


Guys I am super excited to share with you that we have a new Beachbody program coming on October 31st. What can I say, I believe in all Beachbody programs because the truth is, it was what I needed to be able to change my life and become fit and healthy!

In case you are wondering what the workouts are like....  I'll break it down one by one for you: 

There are 8 different workout routines. They are 30-47 minutes long and the calendar asks that you workout 6 days of the week and the 7th day will be your active recovery day with a stretch video to follow.  The basic program is 4 weeks.  The workouts are: 
  • MMA Speed-  Upper body and core focused boxing influenced workout. (27 minutes)
  • MMA Shred- Muay Thai inspired elbow and kicks for total body shred. (37 minutes)
  • MMA Power- Uses explosive and defensive style movements in this fast paced cardio conditioning workout (47 minutes)
  • MMA Plyo- Combines boxing, Muay Thai and Plyometrics in one workout to get you a huge calorie burn and RESULTS. (47 minutes)
  • Power Sculpt- Total body burner that uses explosive power and interval training to lean and sculpt.  (37 minutes)
  • Dynamic Strength- Low on impact but high on intensity. (47 minutes)
  • Active Recovery- Recharge for the week ahead with this rest day that focuses on form and technique to help fight fatigue and sore muscles. (21 minutes)
  • Core De Force Relief- A quick 5 minutes stretch before bed session. (5 minutes)
  • Team Beachbody Exclusive MMA Mashup– All the best Core De Force moves in one workout.  (26 minutes)
  • Core Kinetics- A unique core workout inspired by Mixed Martial Arts movements.
  • 5 minute Core on the Floor- the ultimate core finisher- 5 minute challenging plank movements that gets your abs on fire.
