Insanity Max: 30 meal plan is so easy

Day 1 officially kicked off today!! 
O M G the hunger is out of control. Now let me clarify I did day 1, then taught a PiYO class and then an Insanity class so imagine the caloric burn of today. 
Yikes!! No wonder. 
Anyway, today in a fly I made this yummy dinner. 
Turkey burger and salad. 

Turkey burger 
1 lb ground lean turkey 
Half bottle salsa 
Season w salt and pepper to taste 
2 eggs 
2 tablespoons ground flaxseed 

Salad
1 cup cherry tomatoes cut in half 
1 English cucumber 
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper 
Half avocado 

Hubby keeps telling me how much he loves me because this dinner was so yummy!! So easy! So lean! So healthy
