Little time and lots of anxiety and things to do, so I am keeping it easy and light so I can enjoy Wednesday night eats without guilt.
Of course working out daily, drinking Shakeology, water, a salad a day and making good choices are a must....ALWAYS!! Those are non-negotiables, no matter what day of the week it is or what season we are in...
