Healthy snack filling and oh so tasty!!


This is perhaps one of my favorite snacks and I seriously crave this stuff! I say eat it without guilt. Great to satisfy those cravings of chips and guac. 

Hard boiled egg cut in half, remove yolk and fill with mashed avocado aka guacamole or hummus. Yummy!!! Sprinkle with cayenne pepper to help accelerate your metabolism. 

You can get creative with this you know. Anything you want to add to it, like salsa or pico or have them as protein and healthy fat servings with a side salad for a complete meal!! Enjoy!!
