Homemade Roasted red peppers

This is so easy!!  Check it out. 
Grab as many peppers as you'd like. Red, yellow, orange....all so good, colorful and full of nutrients. 
Wash them obviously, cut in about 6 thick slices across. 
Remove the seeds and the white flesh. 
Place on a tray and throw in the oven (not literally) at Broil setting preferable for 5 minutes. Turn and put back in oven for another 5. Aaaaand done! That's it! Enjoy them is salads, sandwiches, pizzas, whatever U like. What else would you eat these beauties with?? Share below cause I am out of ideas.

Store in air tight container in refrigerator but I would definitely consume it within 2-3 days. There are no preservatives here so they will go bad very quickly.
