Summer time.... my favorite! So many things to do, so much free time on our schedules but yet this is the BUSIEST time of year! Entertaining the kids, vacations, weekend trips, holidays, weddings, beach days and pool dates! There is ice cream, cocktails, and BBQ food everywhere you turn. It is easy to let that drink here, that ice cream cone there and those chips and salsa creep up on you. Before you know it you are starring at 10 or so unwanted pounds and feeling a bit blahhh.
