Crack Slaw

Wow! This is so good!! Lots of lean protein paired with the volume and nutrition of vegetables high in fiber. Perfect combo! Meal prep made easy!

Pair it with brown rice or maybe even wrapped inside lettuce leaves!  Enjoy!



You will need:

2 lbs lean ground turkey or beef
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp liquid aminos
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sriracha sauce (I didn't use it)

Brown the meat on stove. Add all ingredients until vegetables are tender.
