This quick, but effective, no-nonsense workout requires you to step up and commit, but when you do you’ll achieve epic results. This workout consists of 8 routines, alternating between full body cardio and resistance workouts. Once a day, 6 days a week, and only 22 minutes. For each workout, you will complete 3 rounds of the given exercises. Many of the workouts consist of basic movements such as push-ups, squats, pull-ups, etc. Unable to do the exercise? Not a problem. Each exercise has a less difficult modification that works the same muscles.
