Creamy Chicken Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing

CREAMY CHICKEN SALAD 

3 cups chopped rotisserie chicken breast, boneless, skinless 
1/2 cup chopped green apple 
1/2 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
1/3 cup sliced raw almonds
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. Chopped Tarragon 
1/4 Honey Mustard salad dressing 
8 cups shredded romaine lettuce 


HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING 

1/2 cup reduced fat 2% low fat plain Greek yogurt
3 Tbsp  Dijon mustard  
3 Tbsp raw honey 
3 Tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 extra olive oil 
Sea salt 

Combine yogurt, mustard, honey and vinegar in a medium bowl, mix well.

Slowly add oil, whisking constantly until well blended, season with Sea Salt as desired.
