Avoid cravings 411

New stash of teas. This is my go to when I feel like having something warm in the afternoon or at night during team calls and when I'm working. And if you get cravings for sweets at night, like me, queen of cravings, add a little stevia or a tsp of honey to one of these and cravings be gone. 👌🏻make sure you brush your teeth, clean up the kitchen and turn the lights off. Get out of there!! 

Grab a book, A magazine or go to sleep.

You work really hard to mess up your hard work with those late night treats!
