You know those moments when you start craving something sweet and your first thought is.... Where is that Energy bar, or the protein bar.
I am a believer in real food! I do like bars but for Those times when i'm out and about and you just don't have anything else at hand.
I don't eat bars on a daily basis.
This little recipe here is the solution to your problems. Super healthy, super fitness and figure friendly!! Greek yogurt and Raspberries should be in your fridge at all times.

3/4 cup plain greek low fat yogurt
1/2 cup raspberries
1 tsp agave nectar to sweeten
1 Tbsp crushed or slivered almonds
Sprinkle with cinnamon
Super easy to put together. Filling, healthy and packed with good fuel!
You could even have this at night when the late snack cravings attack, but NO BANANA! Only w berries.
