Crack Slaw

Wow! This is so good!! Lots of lean protein paired with the volume and nutrition of vegetables high in fiber. Perfect combo! Meal prep made easy!

Pair it with brown rice or maybe even wrapped inside lettuce leaves!  Enjoy!

You will need:

2 lbs lean ground turkey or beef
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp liquid aminos
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp sriracha sauce (I didn't use it)

Brown the meat on stove. Add all ingredients until vegetables are tender.

Strawberry Overnight Oats

oatmeal, overnight oats, coachpaulachavezI love making these but I always forget to take pictures and tell you guys about them because I just can't get my hands off of it. So good! So healthy! So clean eating!! Just my thing!!
Soooo, while I'm here drooling over what will be my breakfast tomorrow and that I cannot have right now, I'll type the recipe. It's so simple.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup of berries in a bowl, mashed gently with a fork so they release the juices.
3/4 cup of plain fat free greek yogurt
2 Tablespoons almond milk
1 tsp agave
1/3 cup of oats (I used leftover cooked oats from this morning but you can also use rolled uncooked oats.
1 tsp chia seeds
Cinnamon to taste
Now about the jar, you can use an empty PB jar without washing it (oh my so good) or just a clean mason jar.

overnight oats, oatmeal recipes, protein, fitness meals Add everything to the jar. Mix it up.  Cover tightly. Refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-4 hours so that all the flavors mix together and the oats absorb all the liquid.
Enjoy!!! I should go to sleep now so I can have this now. Oh well, let me k ow your thoughts and if you make other combinations. Would love to hear about them.

What to do with Ground lean turkey?

Not sure if u can see it well but it's so good!! Celery, garlic, yellow peppers, onions and carrots chopped super tiny in the chopper. I added them to white meat ground turkey once it was brown and let it Sautée together. Sooo good. I seasoned with salt, pepper, oregano, paprika and cumin. Boom!! Serving over rice for the rest of the peeps. I'm having it with a side of sweet potato and kale salad. 😉

Oh the marvelous things we can do with this!!  Think Tacos, nachos, burritos for the Mexicans at heart like me.
Italian, no worries, add the gravy...red sauce it's what we call it here at home, and you have spaghetti meat sauce, lean and healthy, like I want it.

Have it with a side of Quinoa, or brown rice, or Feekah! Yes it's like a rice but so high in protein and nutrients it's ridiculous!!

What else???? Tell me what else would you do with this beauty????

Share!!!
