MANGO SALSA
Dude!!! esto quedo espectacular!!! So good! over grilled chicken! Deliciosa!!! My hubby grilled some chicken boobs and while he was on that task I chopped:
1 ripe Mango (1 mango maduro)
1 large tomato (1 tomate grande)
1/2 white onion (didn't have red) (1/2 cebolla blanca porque no tenia morada)
cilantro (a lot cause I Love it)
1 lemon squeezed (jugo de 1 limon)
salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Jalapeno (I didn't add it, don't like it)
